ErgoMove® e-mobility solutions reduce health risks on the user by significantly lowering the physical effort compared to manual pushing. The ErgoMove® 500 makes it possible to move loads of up to 500 kilograms in a safe and ergonomic manner. In addition to the drive assistance, the ErgoMove® 500 also features steering and braking assistance. The motor is integrated into the wheel, meaning the system can be installed in even the most confined spaces. Equipment and transport units of any kind can be quickly and easily upgraded with the drive system thanks to pre-assembled “plug & play” components.

Modular set components and options

Sensor handle

The ErgoMove® 500 set includes an intuitive sensor handle with integrated controls as standard. This is available in a variety of lengths, with an optional pre-assembled bracket. The display has an ON/OFF and mode selection button, as well as a charge level display.

Electrically-driven fixed castors

The set contains one left and one right antistatic fixed castor (wheel Ø 140 mm, mounting height 150 mm, plate dimensions 100x85) with a thrust force of 15 daN each.

ErgoMove 500: Professional Line supply unit

Supply units

One of the following supply units will be included, depending on the set:
The Basic Line has a freely positionable battery pack with two batteries and a connector.
The Professional Line has a safety box, with two batteries and a connector, an emergency off button and a key switch.

A separate lever arm can be used for simultaneous braking
