Sustainability performance further improved

Blickle Räder+Rollen GmbH u. Co. KG has once again been recognised for its commitment to sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). In the latest assessment by EcoVadis, the company was once again awarded the Silver medal.

With 78 out of 100 points, Blickle has once again significantly improved its result compared to the previous year (71 out of 100 points). This renewed award confirms the company’s ongoing commitment to embedding sustainability systematically and for the long term within its own structures, processes and decision-making. Blickle has also further strengthened its position within its own industry. At the same time, the latest assessment shows that the requirements for the EcoVadis rating are continuing to rise overall. The number of companies assessed is steadily increasing, making the comparison even more challenging. This makes the renewed Silver award all the more a strong sign of the company’s sustainable development.

EcoVadis is one of the world’s established platforms for assessing companies’ sustainability performance. Among other things, it analyses the areas of the environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. The assessment provides companies with important guidance for transparently evaluating their sustainability performance and developing it in a targeted manner. With this renewed award, Blickle underscores that economic success and responsible conduct go hand in hand. Sustainability is not a short-term goal, but an ongoing process that the company consistently pursues.
