International Training Week in China Enhances Technical Expertise and Collaboration
In April 2026, Blickle China hosted its first international training week of this kind, aimed at strengthening technical expertise and fostering cross-regional exchange. Colleagues and partners from Asia came together to deepen their understanding of products, applications and best practices across markets.
The training week was designed to support consistent standards and shared knowledge within an increasingly competitive global environment. The sessions were delivered by the international training team from the German Blickle headquarters, ensuring a high and consistent level of expertise while directly connecting global know-how with regional market requirements.
Participants gained insights into key technical areas such as material properties and application-related requirements. Quality assurance and testing procedures were also a key focus – in particular, the testing facilities available within Blickle’s quality assurance department and the specific benefits or significance of the individual tests for the technical specifications of our products. Interactive elements encouraged active participation and open knowledge sharing.
A particular highlight was the international exchange. Sharing experiences across regions and industries provided valuable perspectives on different market requirements and approaches. The training in China also offered insights into how structured sales processes and strong technical support contribute to sustainable success in highly competitive markets.
