GTH wheels and castors series with Blickle Extrathane® polyurethane tread

The heavy duty wheels and castors in the GTH series use a tread made of high-quality polyurethane-elastomer Blickle Extrathane®, cast onto a wheel centre made from rugged grey cast iron. The wheels provide a particularly high level of resistance to cut and tear propagation and a high load capacity. The tread has a hardness of 92 Shore A and provides a high level of abrasion-resistance.

The GTH series is frequently used for heavy duty applications on transport units and industrial trucks and is also used in the automotive industry. The twin castors in the GTH series are frequently used when transporting heavy goods.

    GTH wheels with Blickle Extrathane® polyurethane tread

    The GTH series is available in a wide variety of different sizes, ranging from 100 mm to 1,000 mm. The series is available with a ball bearing or spherical roller bearing. GTH wheels with a hub keyway (GTHN series) can also be used as drive wheels.

    The standard GTH wheel series is available with a range of bracket series with a top plate fitting, from heavy duty pressed steel swivel castors through to heavy duty welded steel swivel castors with a heavy duty swivel head:

    LH series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty design
    LUH series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty enclosed design
    LO series: Heavy duty welded steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting
    LS series: Heavy duty welded steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty swivel head
