POH heat-resistant wheels and castors series

The wheels in the POH series use a heat-resistant thermoplastic wheel with a hardness of 85 Shore D. That makes it one of the hardest wheels in the Blickle range. This provides very low rolling and swivel resistance on smooth floors, along with very high impact and abrasion resistance. They are also resistant to many aggressive substances. The POH series can be used at temperatures between -20 °C and +170 °C.

The wheels are used in bakeries. They are also suitable for use in autoclaves due to their corrosion-resistance and high level of chemical resistance.

    POH heat-resistant wheels

    The POH wheels are available with diameters between 80 and 200 mm as standard. The wheels use either a plain bore or a ball bearing filled with heat-resistant grease.Plain bore versions with a PTFE-coated axle tube are also available.

    The POH wheels are available as castors with a plate fitting in combination with the following heat-resistant swivel bracket series:

    LI series: Heat-resistant pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, medium duty design
    LIK series: Heat-resistant pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty design
    LIX series: Heat-resistant stainless steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, medium duty design
    LIKX series: Heat-resistant stainless steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty design
