Blickle Räder+Rollen intensifies sustainable commitment with target concept for WIN Charta

Pioneering projects set an example for nature conservation

Blickle Räder+Rollen has once again demonstrated its commitment to sustainable business practices. The company had already signed the WIN Charta and its associated guiding principles last year. Now Blickle is going one step further by submitting its finalised target concept for the year 2023.

The WIN Charta, an initiative as part of the sustainability strategy of the state of Baden-Württemberg, has inspired Blickle to step up its sustainability efforts and set concrete goals for the future. At the same time, the company is continuing its commitment to nature conservation in the Zollernalb district. Blickle already supports the protection of nature through its sponsorship of the Climate Farmers initiative and has now launched two further pioneering projects in 2023 that go beyond agriculture and focus on raising public awareness for the preservation of the ecosystem.

Project 1: Tree planting campaign

Blickle launched an interactive tree planting campaign as part of the Balingen 2023 State Garden Show. Visitors to the garden show were able to take part in the campaign using a QR code and help plant a total of 1,000 trees in the region. The planting will take place at the end of 2023.

Project 2: Flowering sponsorship

Through these projects, we are sending out a strong signal in favour of nature conservation in the Zollernalb district. Our support aims not only to protect local ecosystems, but also to sensitise the public to the importance of an intact ecosystem. We are confident that these measures will have a positive impact on people, nature and wildlife. At the same time, our submitted target concept for 2023 emphasises our commitment to ecological, economic and social responsibility, says Head of Marketing Werner Herre.
