ALTH antistatic wheels and castor series

The wheel centre of the ALTH...-AS series is made of die-cast aluminium onto which the high-quality polyurethane-elastomer Blickle Extrathane® is cast. The tread has a hardness of 92 Shore A, is highly resistant to cut and tear propagation and provides a low level of rolling resistance. The electrical conductivity is ≤ 107 Ω.

This series is used for the automotive industry machinery, industrial trucks and the machining industry. The series ALTH...-AS is particularly suitable for sensitive electrical equipment.

    The wheels from the ALTH...-AS series are available with diameters of between 80 and 250 millimetres as standard. These wheels use ball bearings. The tread is also available in a crowned version.

    As standard, the ALTH…-AS series is available with various bracket series with a top plate fitting. These vary in terms of their design depending on the application conditions or the required load capacity:

    L series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, medium duty design
    LK series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty design
    LH series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty design
    LUH series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty enclosed design
    LO series: Heavy duty welded steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting
