ALST wheel and castor series with Blickle Softhane polyurethane tread

The tread of the ALST series consists of the high-quality polyurethane-elastomer Blickle Softhane®, which is cast onto a die-cast aluminium wheel centre. The extra-thick and elastic tread has a hardness of 75° Shore A and is especially gentle on the floor and quiet.

The series is frequently used in the automotive and machining industries whenever loads are moved on uneven surfaces with sharp edges.

    The wheels in the ALST series have diameters ranging between 80 and 300 mm and use a ball bearing. An antistatic version with a grey tread is also available.

    As standard, the ALST wheel series is available with a range of bracket series with a top plate fitting. These vary in terms of their design and load capacity:

    L series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, medium duty design
    LK series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty design
    LH series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty design
    LUH series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty enclosed design
    LO series: Heavy duty welded steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting
